These anodes are used on vessels of all sizes for protection of Heat Exchangers and other areas where space is a limiting factor. Style A anodes are square, while Style B anodes are cast in a circular configuration. Both styles have steel inserts cast integrally. Inserts project out approximately 1/8" inch on each side and have a 1/2" diameter hole for mounting bolts / studs (3/8" diameter optional).
