Bravo III (2003 & Earlier) Propeller Nut w/ Magnesium Anode - Complete

Recommended as supplemental corrosion protection for all Bravo III outdrives manufactured prior to 2004.   Uses D-size replacement propeller anodes. Magnesium is the most active metal on the Galvanic scale and intended FOR USE IN FRESH WATER ONLY.

Prop nut fasteners: Nylon thread ring within prop nut; antivibration threadlocker patch on anode mounting screw.

Installation Instructions:

• Remove existing propeller nut.
• Install the anode’s propeller nut with a 1-7/16" Deep Socket.
• Tighten propeller nut to 60 foot-pounds of torque.
• Fasten the anode with the screw supplied.
• Tighten so that the base of the anode has firm contact with the propeller’s hub.
